About the Role:
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our fast growing team and assist with numerous activities within the company including:
- Initial discussions and communication with potential landlords
- Organising viewings and inspections
- Viewing properties physically or virtually depending on the location
- Negotiating offers with landlords
- Chasing on offers
- Follow up with previous landlords
- Finding innovative ways to generate more leads
- Attending relevant property events and exhibitions
- Establishing partnerships with other agencies.
About You:
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Consistency in delivering high quality work
- Great negotiation skills
- Fast learner
- Comfortable with technology
- Drive to build and improve systems
- Motivation to grow as a leader and build a strong team
