Job Description:

As our Distribution Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Distributing our properties on main portals online
• Invoicing and reconciliation
• Structuring documents and files for the team on Google Drive

You will need to be comfortable with technology and able to follow established processes. Additionally, you should have a can-do attitude, be willing to try new things, and have excellent attention to detail. Consistency in delivering high-quality work is essential, and we are seeking individuals who are committed to the long-term success of the company.


To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
• Fluent written and verbal English
• A reliable mobile phone, laptop, and internet connection
• Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis
• Ability to work more than the normal working hours and extra days when needed
• A desire to commit to a long-term career with our company

Working Hours:

The standard working hours for this position are from 8 am to 4 pm UK time during the week. Weekend hours will vary, with four hours per day required.
