About the Role:

Flex Living is expanding its operations to Birmingham and looking for a bright and energetic candidate to help us launch and maintain properties in the city centre. The job is very hands on, and will quickly evolve into management responsibilities as the Birmingham portfolio grows. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setup of new properties; Painting, Decorating and Furnishing
  • Maintenance of Existing Properties; Problem Solving & Repairs
  • Hiring contractors to complete the setup of new properties as the workload grows
  • Hiring maintenance team to complete the maintenance as workload grows
  • Supporting Cleaning Companies to ensure successful tenant changeovers
  • Supporting Photographers to shoot new properties
  • Sourcing and Organising a storage facility for all furniture and maintenance supplies
  • Managing Key Systems for all properties
  • Coordinating Daily with customer services team to prioritise issues and improve processes

About You:

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • Competent using technology
  • Have full UK Drivers License
  • Ability to confidently manage a team
