About the Role:

We are looking for a Partnerships Executive to build new partnerships with firms, employers, insurance firms and relocation agents in order to expand our customer pipeline. You will help expand our client base by:

  • Discovering and building a pipeline of potential clients through various strategies and channels
  • Nurturing relationships with the potential clients while keeping the CRM up to date.
  • Effectively conveying the benefits of Flex Living’s unique model directly to potential partners and facilitating onboarding processes
  • Collaborating with the distribution and guest communication team to effectively onboard new customers
  • Conduct market research and develop strategies to find new partnerships
  • Continually identify ways to improve results and partner engagement

About You:


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport with partner companies 
  • Is able to handle a range of diverse and competing priorities whilst maintaining optimal service levels
  • Thrives in a people oriented job and is good at building relationships
  • Has strong business management skills 
  • Is highly organised in their approach to work.
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and is passionate about their work
  • Marketing and sales experience is desirable

Salary: £40,000-£80,000 + Bonus

Job Type: Full Time (in London, Victoria)

Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
