About the Role:
Our Talent Acquisition Manager will focus on the company’s overall vision and help create long-term strategies to attract and retain top talent for the team. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our fast growing team and assist our London branch with:
- Overseeing end to end recruitment, providing world class candidate experiences from first contact to day one on the job
- Partnering with hiring managers and provide coaching throughout the hiring process
- Being the point of contact for all candidates from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer stages
- Proactively reaching out to potential candidates.
- Working closely with the founders to set a hiring strategy and find suitable candidates for the jobs advertised.
- Taking initiatives to iterate and improve recruitment processes.
About You:
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Drive to build and improve systems
- 2 years of experience working in internal recruitment for a fast moving and dynamic company ideally for tech, property, or operations teams
- 2-5 years of experience working on a people, recruiting, or sales team
- Experience building outbound recruitment pipelines
- Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future hiring
- Customer-centric approach to solving problems and providing best-in-class service
- Desire and motivation to build
- Extremely organised, great at managing time, and able to handle multiple priorities
- Experience in launching and managing key recruiting strategies to solve operational challenges
