About the Role:

Our Talent Acquisition Manager will focus on the company’s overall vision and help create long-term strategies to attract and retain top talent for the team. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our fast growing team and assist our London branch with:

  • Overseeing end to end recruitment, providing world class candidate experiences from first contact to day one on the job
  • Partnering with hiring managers and provide coaching throughout the hiring process
  • Being the point of contact for all candidates from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer stages
  • Proactively reaching out to potential candidates.
  • Working closely with the founders to set a hiring strategy and find suitable candidates for the jobs advertised.
  • Taking initiatives to iterate and improve recruitment processes.

About You:

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Drive to build and improve systems
  • 2 years of experience working in internal recruitment for a fast moving and dynamic company ideally for tech, property, or operations teams
  • 2-5 years of experience working on a people, recruiting, or sales team
  • Experience building outbound recruitment pipelines
  • Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future hiring
  • Customer-centric approach to solving problems and providing best-in-class service
  • Desire and motivation to build
  • Extremely organised, great at managing time, and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience in launching and managing key recruiting strategies to solve operational challenges
